High-Efficiency Viessmann Boiler
TJ’s recently completed an installation of a Viessmann Vitodens gas-fired boiler. This new boiler replaced the existing Burnham oil-fired boiler. Viessmann’s state of the art technology will allow our customer to experience greater comfort and substantial energy savings.
Viessmann Mixing Control
To accommodate for future radiant heating zones and a possible snowmelt system, we installed a Viessmann mixing control.
Lochinvar Squire Indirect Hot Water Heater
TJ’s system included a Lochinvar Squire indirect hot water heater for domestic hot water.
Rebates
By coupling the Viessmann Vitodens boiler and the Lochinvar Squire indirect hot water heater, our customer was eligible for National Grid rebates.
