Brazed Mechanical LLC is the commercial division of TJ’s Plumbing and Heating, Inc. Our commercial division is led by Kevin Cutler, the son of Timothy Cutler, the owner of TJ’s. We have continued the family-owned tradition of TJ’s and our strong commitment to customers, and our core values have been passed on to the next generation.

Brazed Mechanical focuses on providing fast, professional, and reliable service to commercial clients with heating, cooling, and air exchanging needs. To keep pace with the new storm of VRF technology washing through New England, Brazed Mechanical has been hard at work training the new generation of technicians to proficiently, and efficiently service, and maintain Variable Refrigerant Flow heating and cooling equipment.

LG Multi V Services Provided

TJ’s and Brazed Mechanical have a strong partnership with LG.  We are staffed with five LG certified technicians with extensive refrigeration experience and knowledge. Our close affiliation with LG service technicians and product reps allows us to quickly diagnose operational errors and obtain replacement parts.

LG Multi V services include:

• Leak testing
• Electrical diagnostics
• Certified to read and understand protocol on all LG error codes
• Licensed commissioner for LG Multi V
• Registered to provide diagnostics through LGMV software

LGMV Software

The LGMV state of the art software allows technicians to see everything that is happening in the refrigeration cycle, from pressures to electrical readings on inverter compressors.  Our Brazed Mechanical technicians are well versed in the software and understand how to diagnose the LG Multi V products.
