Eversource Instant Rebates

TJ’s is proud to be an exclusive Eversource partner.  Eversource works with Mass Save to provide instant rebates to its customers, only through select contractors. This means that TJ’s is allowed to offer qualifying customers their rebate up front, as a deduction on their final invoice, rather than having to apply online and wait 6-8 weeks for the rebate to be processed.

In order to qualify, a customer must have an active Eversource account aligned to the equipment they are looking to replace.   For example, if you will be installing a gas boiler, furnace, or hot water heater; then, you must have an active Eversource gas account.  The same rule will apply if you are installing electrical equipment, such as an air source heat pump.   In this case, you would need to have an Eversource electric account.

What If I Don’t Have An Eversource Account?

If you don’t have an Eversource account, or if you do not have an account aligned with the equipment you are looking to replace, then you simply go through the normal rebate process through MassSave.

What to Expect if you Qualify for Instant Rebates

Once we quote a project and the customer approves us to do the work, we will need to complete several steps to ensure the instant rebate is approved.

• We will ask for your Eversource account numbers
• Customer will sign a terms and conditions statement, stating that they agree that by receiving the rebate as an automatic deduction on their bill, they will not move forward in trying to double-dip and get the rebate again.
• We apply for approval, with Eversource, for you to get the instant rebates
• Once approval is received, a work order number is given to us for your project
• Project is completed
• Final invoice includes your instant rebate!
