Mass Save Loans are now up to $50,000 !

The Mass Save® HEAT Loan offers zero interest financing opportunities up to $50,000* total for energy-efficient home upgrades. That includes up to $50,000 on the installation of air source and ground source heat pumps, and up to $25,000 for the installation of insulation, combustion heating systems, and more.

*Interest-free financing of up to $50,000 is only available to residential customers who are installing eligible heat pumps. For all other energy efficient upgrades, interest-free financing opportunities are available up to $25,000.

Mass Save® is an initiative sponsored by Massachusetts’ gas and electric utilities and energy efficiency service providers who work closely with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources to provide a wide range of services, incentives, training, and information promoting energy efficiency that help residents and businesses manage energy use and related costs.

 

2023 Mass Save Rebates

Heating and cooling rebates in Massachusetts are all processed through Mass Save.   This allows customer to be able to apply for their 7-year, interest-free, loan and file for rebates all in one place.  Mass Save has a streamlined rebate process by allowing rebate applications to be completed online.  The rebate can be completed online and all necessary documents can be uploaded right on the website.  Rebate status can then be tracked online also.
