TJ’s most recent mechanical room is designed for both beauty and functionality. All equipment, pumps, and piping have been streamlined with a diamond plate background. Equipment is easy to service, and is a showpiece of high quality equipment and workmanship.

The Quincy Project features a a geothermal heating and cooling system, several applications of radiant heating, and solar thermal, as well as a Zehnder Comfosystem. The home has been designed to run at optimal efficiency with as little reliance on fossil fuels as possible.
